Fall 2022 Campus Expansion Update
Fall 2022 Campus Expansion Update
Fall has brought more updates to our campus expansion! Along with that we've got some new exterior renderings to share with the community.
Here are the highlights of what we've accomplished over the summer months:
Submitted new construction building permit application
A building permit application has been submitted to the city of Maple Ridge for review and approval. Once approved, we will break ground and begin construction of the Burke Hall & Administrative Centre and the Gymnasium – milestone projects we’ve long waited for!
Renovated the Middle School Boiler Room
We removed the old boilers which exceeded their 25-year life expectancy and replaced them with nine new highly efficient boilers so that we have ample heating for the middle school for the next 25 years.
Created a new High School Drama Classroom
The old uniform shop was converted into a drama classroom for our high school students., a temporary home until we can build the new Fine Arts Building.
Submitted building permit application for the Relocation of the Music, Art, and Drama portables
To make way for the new construction, these portables will need to be re-located to the back field beside the Design portable.
