A Lasting Gift - $25,000 Gifted to Audacity by Devraj Family
Since 2010, the Devraj Family has graciously supported many Meadowridge High School students with the Arif Devraj Memorial Scholarship, a service and leadership-based award given to a Grade 9, 10, or 11 student each year. This award was created in memory of Mr. Arif Devraj, who was the father of alumnus Zameer Devraj ‘15. This year, the Devraj Family has decided to retire the scholarship and instead have gifted $25,000 to the Audacity Campaign in support of the future Burke Hall.
As recognition, we will be naming a study space in the family’s honour which will allow the Devraj family to leave a legacy on campus that not only continues to honour Mr. Devraj’s passion for education but supports Meadowridge students for generations to come.
